This page gives you full, plain-language control over how Moneyline.fyi interacts with your data. No dark patterns. No pre-ticked boxes. Your choices take effect immediately and can be changed at any time.
Your data, your call
Moneyline.fyi is a free educational resource. We do not require you to create an account, log in, or share any personal information to use our glossary, strategy guides, or calculators. This page exists because we believe privacy is a right, not a settings menu buried in legalese. Below, you will find a clear breakdown of every data-related choice available to you as a visitor — what each option means, what it affects, and exactly how to act on it.
1. Analytics — opt out of usage tracking
We use a privacy-first analytics tool to count page visits and understand which content resonates most with our readers. This data is aggregated, fully anonymous, and never shared with advertising networks. No individual user profiles are created. That said, if you prefer not to be counted at all, you have straightforward options. You can enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — a standardized signal that tells websites, including ours, to opt you out of tracking automatically. Alternatively, most browsers allow you to block analytics cookies entirely under Settings → Privacy → Cookies. Either method is fully respected by Moneyline.fyi. Opting out has no effect on your ability to use any part of the site.
2. Cookies — manage your preferences
We use three types of cookies, each with different implications for your privacy:
Essential — always active
These keep the site functional: remembering your cookie banner choice and maintaining calculator state within a session. They hold no personal data and expire when you close your browser.
Analytics — optional, off by default in restricted regions
Used to count visits and measure content performance in aggregate. Disable via your browser cookie settings or GPC. No impact on site functionality.
Affiliate — set by third-party operators, not by us
Activated only if you click a labeled affiliate link. These are placed by the sportsbook’s platform, not Moneyline.fyi. Block them by declining third-party cookies in your browser settings.
To clear cookies already stored by Moneyline.fyi, go to your browser’s history or cookie manager and delete entries for moneyline.fyi. This resets your preferences to default on your next visit.
3. Calculator inputs — private by design
Every calculator on Moneyline.fyi — odds converter, parlay builder, Kelly criterion estimator, implied probability tool — runs entirely within your browser. The numbers you enter are never transmitted to our servers, logged, or stored anywhere outside your own device. You can verify this independently using your browser’s developer tools (Network tab) while using any calculator: you will see no outbound data requests tied to your inputs. This architecture is intentional. Betting figures are personal financial information, and we treat them as such.
4. Email & communications — your data on request
If you have submitted your email address — to receive content updates or to contact us directly — you retain full control over that data. You can request access to what we hold, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or have your data permanently deleted. Simply email moneyline.fyi with the subject line “Privacy Request” and specify what you need. We will respond within 10 business days. Unsubscribing from any mailing list removes you immediately and permanently — we do not maintain suppression lists or retry opted-out addresses.
5. Regional rights — GDPR, CCPA & beyond
Depending on where you are located, you may have specific legal rights regarding your personal data. Visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) are entitled to rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and the right to object to processing. California residents have equivalent rights under CCPA, including the right to know what data is collected and to opt out of any sale of personal information — which we do not engage in. Visitors from other regions with applicable privacy legislation are equally entitled to submit requests. All requests are handled through the same channel: moneyline.fyi.
